markedsf\u00f8ringsverkt\u00f8y.\nN\u00e5r det gjelder de som ikke har pr\u00f8vd AI enn\u00e5, planlegger 38 % av dem \u00e5 gj\u00f8re det fra og med i \u00e5r.\nAnnen n\u00f8kkelstatistikk om AIs innvirkning p\u00e5 markedsf\u00f8ringen:     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>60 % av markedsf\u00f8rerne ser p\u00e5 AI som en assistent som hjelper dem med \u00e5 utf\u00f8re sine daglige markedsf\u00f8ringsoppgaver.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Samtidig planlegger 58 % av dem \u00e5 \u00f8ke investeringene sine i chatboter i 2024.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>72 % mener allerede at chatboter kan bidra til \u00e5 personalisere kundeopplevelsen.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e6rmere bestemt mener 24 % av markedsf\u00f8rerne at chatboter som bist\u00e5r kundeserviceavdelinger, er de mest nyttige for virksomheten deres.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mobile-og-personaliserte-meldinger-vil-bli-storre-i-2024\">Mobile og personaliserte meldinger vil bli st\u00f8rre i 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>HubSpots rapport sl\u00e5r fast at 87 % av markedsf\u00f8rerne i 2024 vil fortsette eller \u00f8ke sine investeringer i mobilmeldinger via SMS, FB Messenger og WhatsApp.\nRapporten avsl\u00f8rer ogs\u00e5 f\u00f8lgende:   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Omtrent 20 % av alle markedsf\u00f8rere rundt om i verden bruker allerede mobilmeldinger.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 % mener at mobile meldinger er en viktig drivkraft for ROI.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 % planlegger \u00e5 investere i mobile meldinger for f\u00f8rste gang i \u00e5r.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-e-postmarkedsforing-fortsetter-a-omfavne-ai\">E-postmarkedsf\u00f8ring fortsetter \u00e5 omfavne AI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>E-postmarkedsf\u00f8ring er kanskje gammelt, men det kommer ikke til \u00e5 forsvinne med det f\u00f8rste.\nDet skader ikke at AI er her for \u00e5 gi e-postmarkedsf\u00f8ring en
