We have pitched and advertised this awesome event, and people who have signed up have high hopes. Now it’s up to you to deliver, to ensure that the event lives up to the expectations.
It is also nice if you use the event to pitch in a “next step,” meaning what you want the participants to do after participating in this event. Maybe you want to sell a workshop, and you should mention this during the event.

The crucial follow-up
Your event was a success, and all the preparation has paid off. This is the best time to get leads to engage.
After the event, it is crucial to follow up on every hot lead.
We will schedule a follow-up email after the event, where they can download presentations and record events. We also help some clients set up lead nurturing flows in their marketing automation software.
But at one point, someone needs to call up the hottest lead. And it needs to be planned who and when.

Reports generation
The last stage is generating interesting reports to show how much business was developed as a result of the event.
We have a full overview of campaign results and participants, while you have some perhaps even more significant figures.
How did the follow-up go? What was generated as a result of this? Did the event generate any new business?

We sometimes experience that the clients we work with don’t follow up leads. There might be some instances the follow-up person is busy, unavailable, or not comfortable following up with people.
This after-event step shouldn’t be overlooked, as you cannot afford to miss out on big clients just because a phone call did not happen. That is why we have allied ourselves with Venezu.
If you’re unavailable to make calls, then Venezu can do it for you. It would be best to approve the script from Venezu, and they can take over the follow-up call.

If you need continuous help with the website, design, and content, you should consider subscribing to a marketing department. Then you have access to an entire marketing department consisting of a web developer, designer, content producer, and digital marketer for a minimum of 16 hours a month.
