When the connection ends, our consultants will no longer have access.

Digitalfeet AS uses the personal information to provide you with the services you have registered for. Digitalfeet AS thus processes personal data with consent or to meet contractual obligations, cf. the Personal Data Act § 8.

Web analytics and cookies

As an important part of the work of creating a user-friendly website, we look at the user pattern of those who visit the website. To analyze the information, we use the analysis tool Google Analytics.

Google Analytics uses cookies (small text files that the website stores on the user’s computer), which register the users’ IP address, and which provide information about the individual user’s movements online. Examples of what the statistics give us answers to are; how many people visit different pages, how long the visit lasts, which websites the users come from and which browsers are used. None of the cookies allows us to link information about your use of the website to you as an individual. Data related to cookies are automatically deleted 14 months after registration. You can manage the use of cookies yourself.

The information collected by Google Analytics is stored on Google’s servers in the United States. Information received is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

An IP address is defined as personal information because it can be traced back to a specific hardware and thus to an individual. We anonymize the user’s IP address before the information is stored and processed by Google. Thus, the anonymized IP address cannot be used to identify the individual user.

Your IP address is also logged for a short period of time by our web servers. The user’s IP address, time, URLHTTP status, number of bytes sent, HTTP referrer and HTTP user agent are logged for 15 days. Then the log is deleted automatically.

Digitalfeet AS stores personal information in accordance with current legislation, and implements measures at all times to ensure the requirements for confidentiality, availability and integrity. Your personal information will only be stored as long as Digitalfeet AS has a legal basis for it and a necessary need to store the information. When Digitalfeet AS no longer has a legal basis or a necessary need for the storage of personal information, the information will be deleted or anonymised. The data is secured with encryption, access control and internal routines for document security. Some of Digitalfeet AS ‘internal systems are located in cloud services. These are then placed with suppliers where the processing is regulated by a data processor agreement.

Your rights

You have the right to access the information that Digitalfeet AS has registered about you at any time. You may also request the correction and deletion of personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

If our treatment is based on your consent, you can also withdraw this at any time.

We will respond to inquiries from registered persons without undue delay. Inquiries about the above can be directed to Digitalfeet AS. If you believe that there is a breach of the personal data rules, you can complain to the Data Inspectorate.

Digitalfeet AS may change this privacy statement if:

1. The processing of personal data changes.
2. Revision is considered necessary due to changes in laws or regulations issued pursuant to law.

Digitalfeet AS will make any change clearly visible, but generally recommends that you read this privacy statement at regular intervals when visiting our website.
