Microsoft Copilot Event: Welcoming the AI Revolution
CloudWay and Innofactor collaborated with DigitalFeet to do a special Microsoft Copilot event in September 2023. The lunch seminar aimed to show companies and employees how to use Microsoft Open AI and Copilot to be more efficient.

Success factors:
Starting Early
- The first post was shared in June, even before the summer holiday, to create attention as early as possible.

- The early posts resulted in 60 registrants within June alone.
Engaging Videos
- We created teaser videos intended to intrigue viewers about what Microsoft Copilot can do for their business.

- Videos were posted to target CloudWay’s and Innofactor’s already solid social media following.
Proactive Registration and Waiting List Process
- We always proactively reminded audiences about the limited slots and they had to say if they couldn’t attend so that we could give their slot to others.
- When the slots started filling up, we continued posting on social media that those interested join the waiting list.
- The weekend before the event, we emailed a reminder that if people couldn’t attend, we’ll give their slot to someone on the waiting list.
After Event Follow Up
- As we said in social media posts, on the landing page, and during the event, we wanted attendees to book 1-on-1 sessions with CloudWay and Innofactor to learn more about Copilot.
- The success of the event generated 8 leads and 11 prospects.
