  • With existing Dynamics 365 application licenses (like Sales Enterprise), Dynamics 365 Marketing costs $750/month, including 10,000 contacts and $250/month for each additional 5000 contacts.
Dynamics 365 for Marketing is also offered as a standalone option. Pricing is $1500 for the base package with 10,000 contacts. You can add more contacts for $250/month for 5000 contacts.

Dynamics 365 HubSpot Marketing
The Features Dynamics 365 Marketing doesn’t have such a wide variety of functions regarding content and SEO, and there is no CMS.

It focuses more on the marketing automation part.

But the Dynamics CRM suite has many different modules, and together with Power Platform, it can be customized as a super powerful tool.
HubSpot has numerous options and the support offered, like live chat, blogs, and webinars.

The chatbox allows you to assist your online visitors without having to hire extra staff.

And lead flow helps you generate more leads by presenting a pop-up message for a download or prompt to subscribe to your newsletter, for example. It helps you with SEO, blog creation, content management, and you can use it as a CMS.
Integration Dynamics 365 Marketing is integrating fully with other Microsoft tools.

So, it's easy for you to create stronger buying pipeline, make informed decisions with customer insights, seamless integration with other Microsoft platforms, and a lot more.
If you are using the whole Hubspot ecosystem, we will give to score for integrations. A lot of tools integrate with Hubspot.

However, if you don’t use Hubspot as your CRM, it can be difficult to integrate Hubspot Marketing Hub fully with the CRM.

Ease of use Dynamics 365 for Marketing is the best option and easier to use if you are already using Microsoft applications.​

Especially when you are already familiar with Dynamics CRM and are using its basic functionalities.
If you are using the whole ecosystem, which includes the CRM and CMS, the best option is Hubspot. ​

When a prospect or lead visits a web page, opens an email, etc., a workflow is triggered, and that person can be guided further into the sales funnel.​

​You can link various social media accounts, create content, and schedule posts. Monitor the accounts and posts and, using the reporting tool, see how the posts ‘perform.’​

This is the plan you need to opt-in for if you want the marketing automation capabilities. If you also want extensive reporting and predictive lead scoring, the Enterprise plan will provide you with that for $2,400/month (10,000 contacts included).

If you are using Hubspot with another CRM than Hubspot, the integration costs might be quite high.
